Kamil Grosicki considered leaving Pogoń Szczecin during the recent transfer window. The 38-year-old veteran, whose role in the team has clearly diminished, sought a new club, but ultimately no move materialised.
Grosicki has made three substitute appearances in the league this season, recording one assist against Motor Lublin. His limited playing time prompted him to look for a new challenge. It was revealed that his entourage explored a return to his former club, Jagiellonia Białystok. Piotr Wołosik reported that "Jagiellonia politely responded that they had other transfer targets".
Parallel talks were held with Wieczysta Kraków. Łukasz Olkowicz revealed that these negotiations also failed to reach an agreement due to differences during the talks. As a result, Grosicki remains a Pogoń player, though the topic of his departure could resurface if his situation at the club does not change.
