Revenue sources

The core activity revenue was a key driver, reaching 69.93 million zł. Transfer income also contributed significantly at 31.76 million zł, resulting in a positive transfer balance of 23.5 million zł. The club's final net profit stood at 4.24 million zł, confirming a healthy financial state. Operating costs totalled 90.9 million zł, with personnel expenses at 46.7 million zł.

Investments and fan engagement

The club invested 8 million zł in youth development, focusing on the future. Fan support translated into tangible figures: the average match attendance was 18,017, with 6,351 season tickets sold. Matchday revenue reached 21.3 million zł, including 11.6 million zł from tickets and 3.7 million zł from catering. After deducting organisational costs of 5.1 million zł, the profit from this area was an impressive 16.2 million zł. Merchandise sales brought in another 8.65 million zł, and the club's social media community now counts 693,052 followers.

Commenting on the results, Maja Dudzińska said, „Nie wszystkie cele udało się zrealizować przez brak realizacji celów sportowych”. Nevertheless, the stable financial situation provides a solid foundation for the team, which currently sits 5th in the Ekstraklasa with 15 points.
